Courtside Connections CoHealth x Welcoming Clubs family sports day

Come together to connect, engage, learn and grow through sport, community and sharing food! Try Soccer, Basketball and Volleyball in a safe welcoming environment. No experience needed. All levels welcome. Free food provided.

Session 1: Inclusive Sport Session

Fun, all-abilities, non-competitive, basketball and soccer sessions designed for children and young people with disabilities, autism and additional support needs and their family members.

Time: 2pm – 4pm 

Ages: 5 - 25

• Sensory space
• Individual participation coaches
• Modified activities and games
• Trauma-informed/healing-centred approach
• Parents, siblings, support workers welcome!

Session 2: Social Sport for Women, Girls and Boys (age u16)

Time: 4pm – 8pm 

Ages: Women and Girls, all ages. Boys, 16 and under.

• Intro sessions in, Volleyball, Soccer and Basketball 
• Socialising and sharing food
• Sessions grouped according to age and gender
• Culturally safe, female led, private environment
• All levels welcome
