Kerbside service survey

Hobsons Bay’s kerbside waste and recycling service was changed in February 2020. After a year of service, Council is now seeking feedback on how well it is working for you and how it could be improved.

We would love to hear your feedback in a survey. Your responses will inform Council’s one-year review and help us keep improving the service.

The survey is open from Monday 22 March and closes Sunday 25 April.

We are inviting every household to complete it and provide their feedback. There is one survey per household, which can be completed using a unique log-in code, sent to every household at the end of March.

All responses are anonymous.

If you would prefer to complete the survey in paper form, please contact Council. We will post a survey and reply-paid envelope to you.
