Nature for Health and Wellbeing is a new program that will include a range of activities such as nature walks, nature journalling, digital art, storytelling, forest bathing, meditation, local plant, animal and ecosystem knowledge and more.
There will be a variety of opportunities to participate including one off sessions, multi-part sessions as well as an ongoing series of workshops which will allow a deeper exploration of the topics allowing for an opportunity to connect as a group.
The programming will culminate in an exhibition at the Wings to Wellness Celebration held by the Hobsons Bay Wetland Centre annually in October.
