JUDGES' COMMENTS:
"The Bezirk Altona cafe is to be commended for transforming a disused building in an important but quiet part of Altona into a vibrant cafe. It's positive business growth and expansion over a short period of time is clearly a result of its strong customer service ethos. The cafe's support for local businesses and involvement in the local community is praiseworthy."
