Make an impact that matters

At Hobsons Bay City Council we’re helping make life more enjoyable for our 92,000 residents.

We’re shaping precincts, building community infrastructure, delivering positive environmental, social and economic outcomes through programs and policies, and providing over 120 services to strengthen our diverse community.

Based in Altona, with more than 20 km of bay frontage, we’re so lucky to be able to deliver our work across a diversity of exciting and challenging landscapes. From urban residential and business environments, to vast parks and wetlands, industrial precincts and all surrounded by the foreshore of the magnificent Port Phillip Bay.
