Join the Customer Service revolution at Hobsons Bay

Hobsons Bay City Council is recruiting team members to help us deliver our exciting new approach to customer service, known as Council+.

Through Council+, we’re making it easier for the community to access hundreds of Council services by bringing together library services and council customer services to eight sites across Hobsons Bay.

The addition of libraries to our customer service network means many more residents and businesses can access Council services in person, closer to home and our thriving shopping hubs.

Council+ needs friendly, experienced and helpful professionals to be successful, so we’re currently recruiting new customer service officers to join the team.

These roles provide opportunities to deliver customer service in person, by telephone and online at any Hobsons Bay service centre, library, community hub, call centre or outreach location.
