Wayfinding Signage Project

Council is installing wayfinding and directional signage throughout the municipality.

Wayfinding and directional signage are designed to make it easier for the public to navigate through public spaces by highlighting points of interest and displaying maps.

Council will be installing signage in Williamstown and Altona, with further installation across Hobsons Bay in future years.

The construction of the footings for these signs are scheduled to commence from Monday 7 October 2019 with the signs installed the following week, weather dependent.

The works will occur outside of business hours to minimise disruption.
