Meditation is a simple technique designed to reconnect us with ourselves, for it is when we are not connected that we feel anxious, overwhelmed and stressed and eventually, exhausted.

The Gentle Breath Meditation™ is a practical ‘life tool’ that can be done anywhere, at anytime for as little as 5 to 10 minutes.

This monthly group provides you with the space to practice the Gentle Breath Meditation and experience for yourself the difference it makes in how you feel, and when practised regularly, the difference it makes in your life.
