2020 RUOK Day - Virtual Event

R U OK? is a national annual day of action when we remind each other that every day is the day to ask, “Are you ok?” if someone you know in the community is struggling with life’s ups and downs.

Hobsons Bay City Council invites you to enjoy a slightly different event this year, a virtual event featuring:

• a speaker from Women’s Health West regarding self-care in isolation, followed by

• yoga instructor Leanne, with some tips and techniques on how to manage stress.
