The Hobsons Bay Community Has Heart Community Connector program links people with local service providers and networks that can help them. Trained Council staff provide one-on-one support for individuals and families with a wide range of services – for example:

  • medication and nappies
  • cleaning supplied and masks
  • counselling
  • library services
  • social activities
  • employment information
  • COVID-19 information in your language
  • aged care and family services
  • domestic violence support services
  • emergency pet food

If you would like to register for wellbeing check phone calls, please write REGISTER in the subject line of an email or mention this to the Community Connector.
