Property information requests
There are three types of property information requests:
Sale of property
This request will give you information about building permits obtained for the property in last ten years. It includes certificate details, inspection details, and notices or reports made under the Act.
Building works
A request for details on the land in relation to building works and obtaining a building permit. The details covered under this request are:
- flood prone land;
- specified flood level;
- bushfire prone land;
- designated land;
- uncontrolled overland drainage;
- alpine area;
- termite area;
- is a town planning permit required;
- if a town planning permit has been obtained; and
- what type of street is adjacent to the property.
Storm Water Discharge
Point of discharge - a separate application should be completed providing all relevant details, plus the applicable fee and then sent to the Council's Design Services department.
