 Road upgrades including works along the Esplanade, Williamstown including a new roundabout at the bottom of Victoria Street, new kerb and channel work in Douglas Parade, drainage upgrades and road works in Ferguson Street and the implementation of the Williamstown Transport Study
 Open space improvements including upgrades at the Williamstown Botanic Gardens and continuing the Elm Tree management program.
