	Rates - Your Rates Explained The amount you pay is based on the value of your property. Rates are paid annually in four installments which are listed on your rates notice.			Your Rates at Work 2009-2010 Find out what projects the Council has allocated funds to in 2009-2010.

	Forms and Permits Some services provided by the Council or activities you carry out require a permit or you may have to apply for permission.			Pay Your Rates Online You can pay your rates online or by EFTPOS, cash, cheque, credit card or direct debit
