Road reconstructing and resurfacing

Reconstruction involves the complete replacement of the road pavement as well as associated replacement of kerb and channel and underground drainage.  Rehabilitation does not include total replacement of the road pavement but usually involves installation of underground drainage and raising the level of the kerb and channel to facilitate improved vehicular access into driveways, and asphalt overlay.
