The Council Plan sets out the vision the Council has for Hobsons Bay and the objectives and strategies that the Council will pursue between 2009 and 2013 to achieve that vision.
The Council reviews the plan each year to ensure it remains up-to-date.
The Council Plan is accompanied by an Annual Operation Plan which outlines the specific actions the Council will undertake to implement the plan.
The Council reports on its performance against the Council Plan in the Annual Report and on its performance against the Operations Plan each quarter.
