Bachelor of Business in Management and Leadership, Fairley Fellow (Goulburn Murray Community Leadership program) and Golden Key International Honour Society.
Over 11 years in local government with management roles in Communications, Governance, Knowledge and Records, Corporate Development and Information Technology.
Appointed Director Organisation Development in June 2010.
Appointed CEO in April 2013 after a period of working as acting CEO.
Director Corporate Services, Tammi Rose
The Director of Corporate Services is responsible for:
- Customer Service
- Information Services
- Governance and Local Laws
- Organisation Development
Director Community Wellbeing, Peter Hunt
Master of Business Administration, Graduate Certificate in Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Librarianship and Diploma in Community Studies.
Almost 30 years in local government, working in regional and metropolitan local governments. Extensive management experience in the provision of Community Services and as a member of Council’s Corporate Management Team.
Director Community Services since May 2004. Responsible for:
- Community Development
- Community Care
- Family, Youth and Children’s Services
- Library Services
Director Infrastructure and City Services, Bill Millard
Bachelor of Social Science and Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Bill was a Director City Growth at City of Warrnambool with responsibility
for economic development, strategic and statutory planning, city renewal, tourism, public open space planning, and environment and sustainability. He held previous roles at City of Warrnambool as Director Economic Development and Executive Manager Organisation Development.
The Director of Infrastructure and City Services is responsible for:
- City Maintenance and Cleansing
- Capital Works and Assets
Director Strategic Development, Kathleen McClusky
Director Strategic Development since January 2016. Responsible for:
- Planning, Building and Health Services
