Hobsons Bay InterAgency Network
The Hobsons Bay InterAgency Network is open to community workers, service providers and volunteers to share information about local community programs and services. The network also provides opportunities for collaboration, partnerships and peer support.
While the meetings are structured, the atmosphere is friendly and informal. Guest speakers are organised for most meetings and time is also allocated for information sharing. The meetings are a great way for new workers to build their knowledge about local support services and to meet other workers. You don’t need to join up, just come along to the meetings when you can.
Network meetings are usually held on the fourth Tuesday of every second month, from 2pm to 4pm at the Hobsons Bay Civic Centre, 115 Civic Parade, Altona.
Individuals who are part of a not-for-profit group, and who have attended at least one previous meeting, are welcome to book a presentation at a future Network meeting. Please contact Rhonda Collins, Chairperson, or Ben Pollard if you would like to discuss the possibility of making a presentation.
