Holding an event

Important information about holding an event in Hobsons Bay.

Hobsons Bay has many unique locations suitable for holding many different types of events and festivals.

If you are planning to hold an event or festival on public land, you will need a permit. The application process to obtain the permit will vary depending on the type of event you are planning.

Information on the event application process can be found in A Guide to Holding an Event in the City of Hobsons Bay(PDF, 483KB).

The Event Expression of Interest Form(DOCX, 62KB) is the first step in the application process.
