Access to arts and culture is integral to a vibrant community, making a positive contribution to the liveability of a city. Council delivers a number of programs and projects to enable people living, working or visiting in Hobsons Bay to experience and participate in the arts. It also provides support to a number of local groups and organisations either through direct funding or in kind support to enable creative outcomes in support of the Council Plan.
